CoozyMall is an online store offering practical, giftable products for everyday life: seasonal and holiday decor, home and kitchen items, pet accessories, cozy apparel and slippers, and handy gadgets. We choose items that solve a real need or make a great gift, and we keep prices fair.

How we fulfill your order

We work with fulfillment partners whose warehouses may be located outside your country. Orders are processed in 7–10 business days and then delivered in 10–20 business days in the US (8–51 business days for other countries). Shipping is a flat $4.40 per order, and every order comes with a tracking number. See our Shipping policy for details.

Our promise

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. No return shipping is required. See our Return policy and Refund policy.
